Wear Green on Thursday! #CMSUGoGreen

In honor of mental health awareness this year, CMSU will be asking people to show support and awareness by wearing green on THURSDAY.

Show your support by wearing green, creating a green pin, creating a mental health awareness shirt (you can also find some on AMAZON or ETSY), decorating your house, you name it...get creative! Then, SHARE YOUR PHOTO USING #CMSUGoGreen

The first week in May will be Children's Mental Health Awareness week.

May 7th is the official awareness day.

CMSU Mental Health had a T-shirt design contest and the winner is a Danville 7th grade student.

Please see the link below to order the Mental Health Awareness shirt for 2020.

On the back it will list “Coming Together to Nurture Our Children’s Mental Health” along with CMSU and a list of all the schools within the CMSU region.

This is also a fundraiser to help raise money for the McDowell institute.

The McDowell institute provides free or low cost training in mental health to our schools and communities.
